In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting new IT projects across our client base, liaising with client senior management, and sharing your knowledge across the organization. We need someone who can think on their feet, troubleshoot like a pro, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
You'll need 6+ years of experience in IT project support and a solid grasp of the following technologies: Essential Eight Concepts and their applications Microsoft Certifications (AZ-104, AZ-700, AZ-305, or AZ-140) Microsoft Azure (Azure Remote Desktop, Azure SQL) & Office 365 SharePoint/OneDrive/Intune Networking Fundamentals – DNS/TCP-IP/VPNs/Routers/Switches/Access points/Firewalls IT Security principles using products like Nessus & DUO Microsoft Server and Desktop Operating Systems Microsoft SQL Server Basic Support IIS Server Basic Support VMware Installations & Support NAS Technologies Application Whitelisting concepts (e.g., Applocker) Elastic Stack
