About the role As a Systems Manager you will be responsible for managing revenue systems and integrations including implementation of features and upgrades, system maintenance, process management, training and technical support. Your responsibilities will also include: Work closely with internal departments to determine system needs and work with them to successfully develop and implement new features, upgrades & integrations. • Identify opportunities for innovation and change, implement time-saving efficiencies and streamline business processes to reduce risk and increase ROI. • Work with other System Managers to standardise systems and processes across all business units to deliver exceptional customer and user experience. • Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement, data integrity issues, and security vulnerabilities. • Lead system upgrade and implementation projects including requirements gathering, testing, and monitoring to ensuring projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget. • Resolve day-to-day technical queries relating to Revenue systems as part of the wider IT support team, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations. • Create and maintain system training documentation and regularly conduct user training sessions to ensure compliance with industry best practice and regulations. • Proactively communicate user errors to managers and identify training needs. • Identify opportunities for cross-training, sharing of systems knowledge to reduce risk of knowledge in silos. • Maintain positive relationships and open communication channels with software providers and external suppliers for optimum commercial outcomes.
