As an ICT Business Analyst, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve our goals. You'll leverage your analytical skills, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive innovation, optimize processes, and ensure seamless operations. Collaborating with our dedicated team, you'll contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives and help us stay at the forefront of our industry.
Tasks and Duties:
· Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
· Identify and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices to find areas for improvement.
· Recommend optimal business practices and suggest enhancements to system functionality and behaviour.
· Use project management methodologies to develop project plans, estimate costs, allocate resources, and manage projects effectively.
· Take responsibility for deploying functional solutions by creating and implementing system test plans.
· Develop clear functional specifications for system.
· Utilize data and process modelling techniques to create specifications for system software design and development.
· Act as a central reference point, providing guidance and assistance throughout the system project decision-making process.
· Collaborate with team members to design and implement improvements for websites, apps, and systems, enhancing their functionality.
Desirable Qualifications:
Have desirable Engineering bachelor degree or higher qualification or at least five years of relevant experience and/or relevant vendor certification may substitute for the formal qualification.
Skills Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. With a strong focus on customer service. Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, analyse processes, and identify areas for improvement. Understanding of information technology systems, software development processes, and data analysis techniques. Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in requirements gathering, documentation, and system testing. Proficiency in project management methodologies, principles, and techniques to develop project plans, estimate costs, allocate resources, and manage projects effectively.
