Bayside Interior Design is looking for an Office Admin to join the company. Main Duties: Receiving walk-in clients Answer all phone calls and respond to emails and other correspondence Managing office supplies, including ordering and restocking as needed Arranging meetings for internal team members Assisting with the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations and other documents Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages Requirements: Fluent communication in English Minimum 1 year of Office Admin related experience Have an Australian driver's license and be able to drive Have 3 years or more Full-Time working visa in Australia.
