About the role
We are lookingfor an enthusiastic Bookkeeper/Admin Assistant who has great attention to details, strong administration skills,excellent communication, be self-motivated and driven to deliver work of a high calibre.
The role involves tasks including, but not limited to:
-General bookkeeping duties including reconciling bank accounts, data entry & other ledger accounts
-Data entry of purchases to project management software and accounting software
-Assist with project administration
-General administration tasks
The Successful Candidates Will Demonstrate
-Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
-Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite especially spreadsheet
-Minimum 2 years experience in Bookkeeping/Administrative
-Experience using Xero highly desirable
-Proven trackrecord of accuracy and attention to detail
-Highly organised and ability to work to deadlines
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English
-A friendly andenthusiastic personality with a willingness to learn
-Previous experience within the building and construction industry is preferred
To be considered for the above position all applicants must have the right to work in Australia. Starting with casual hours approx 2-3 days per week, with potential to increase to full time.
