Provide subject-matter expertise, best practices, technical approaches, and strategic recommendations. Exhibit leadership to ensure optimal function and enhancement of SAP systems and keeps up to date on the latest SAP industry solutions and trends.
The preferred location for this role is Melbourne but can be based anywhere in Australia.
Lead business workshops for requirement gathering and solution alignment. Engage in requirements gathering and development of use cases. Support architecture, process, and governance development Translate architecture specifications to low-level component design and identify customizations for implementation Communicate with clients and partners on aspects of both the product and implementation at the technical and/or functional level, appropriate for the situation. Perform out of the box configuration and implement necessary customization as needed Participate in deployment activities, configurations, custom rule development, development, and third-party system integration Resolve any issues highlighted during System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing. Help in RFP/sales cycle as required Help develop technical documents detailing the products, environment and process of identity systems and functions Flexible with work timings to support project activities
Let's talk about your capability and experience:
Professional or Associate Certification in SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) At least 5 years experience with SuccessFactors Implementation projects Additional certification is an advantage ( not mandatory) Experience in EC-LMS Integration Good knowledge of system configuration in accordance with Solution Design Configuration workbook, giving Proof of Concepts Understand the functional requirements from the client and prepare documentation and training materials as and when needed Experience in preparation and execution of Test Scenarios, Test scripts and Cutover activities Experience in data migration for uploading learning history and other data elements Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design Good communication skills and ability to manage client expectations and deal with the client
