Job Summary :
A seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead who will be responsible for design, development, and deployment of Salesforce CRM Solutions. The resource will join the highly talented team to work alongside customer to deliver top-tier Salesforce Solutions and to ensure effective team collaboration and on-time delivery of tasks with set standards, principles, best practices, patterns, methods & processes.
Skills Required:
Overall 10+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce platform. 5+ years of experience in working as a technical lead in delivering Salesforce CRM Solutions. Demonstrated experience on various Salesforce CRM products. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Integration and app Exchange Solutions. Strong understanding of designing, development, and deployment of Salesforce CRM Solutions. Hands-on experience in Apex, Aura, and Lightning development. Hands-on experience in Integration of salesforce with other third-party applications using REST, SOAP, and BULK API. Experience in B2B Marketing automation products like Salesforce Pardot is desirable. Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution. Strong communicator & experience working in multi-vendor scenarios. Experience with various salesforce CI/CD tools for unit testing and deployment. Ability to effectively present & influence stakeholders. Strong written & verbal communication skills. Roles & Responsibilities:
Design & implement web/mobile based applications in Salesforce CRM using Apex code, Lightning Web components, and Web Services, etc. Deliver high quality solutions by implementing enterprise design patterns. Define and documenting low level design requirements. Conduct Code Reviews. Framing workarounds for any identified blockers, challenges, or risks. Implement periodic refresh of Sandboxes and track deployment. Gather, Analyze, and process client data using Salesforce Data Migration. Work on Impact Analysis during CRM metadata Migration from legacy systems. Salary Range : >$100,000
