Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: None

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Main responsibilities Collecting and reviewing invoices to ensure legality and accuracy of documents; Processing payments and invoices accurately and within the required timeframe; Supporting the operations team and merchants with day-to-day issues; Processing payroll for external contractors and employees; Ad hoc accounting and administrative duties. Requirements. Attention to detail and accounting related experience preferred; Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting software such as XERO preferred; Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables; Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, finance or related field
