Job Description Position Responsibilities. -Processing sales orders -Close accounts -Preparing reports -Updating spreadsheets -Answering phone calls and handling inquiries, including customer service -Filing, typing and photocopying -Handling customer service correspondence, mail and e-mail -Establish office systems and procedures as required -Complete project work as directed -Provide professional, courteous and helpful customer service to internal and external customers -Ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframe -Perform general administrative duties as required -Provide administrative support to the team Skills and experience required for this position . Understanding of construction materials -Extremely efficient -Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred; and -High attention to detail -Excellent computer skills -Ability to work independently and as part of a team -Good written and verbal communication skills -Highly organized and able to prioritize -Professional presentation and communication -Confident and helpful attitude -Calm demeanor and good time management skills -Familiar with Microsoft Office, word and excel,Xero -Right to work full time in Australia.
