Job Description:
● Build the recruitment system according to the company's development plan, draft, revise and improve the recruitment related system and process.
● Responsible for arranging interviews, hiring and on-boarding, and analyzing the effectiveness of recruitment.
● Responsible for the management of labor risks and disputes.
● Responsible for employee information and file management
● Responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems, tracking and analyzing employee performance data, and providing performance improvement recommendations to management.
● Responsible for the management of employee compensation and benefits system, ensure the fairness and reasonableness of salary, and deal with employee compensation and benefits issues.
Tenure Requirements:
1) Relevant degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
2) Good oral and written communication skills, able to communicate and coordinate effectively with employees at different levels
3) Recruiting and interviewing skills to effectively screen and select candidates and assess their suitability
(4) Good organizational and coordination skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, with prioritization and time management skills
