We're on the hunt for a Data Storyteller - Reporting Analyst to join our innovative team. As our resident data artist, you'll be the driving force behind our data-driven narratives, weaving compelling stories that inspire action and ignite change.
Accountabilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Service Reporting & Analytics, you will be responsible for: • Crafting data-driven stories that captivate and engage stakeholders, using a blend of analytics, visualizations, and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover insights, identify trends, and extract meaning from complex data sets. • Pushing the boundaries of traditional reporting by exploring new and creative ways to communicate insights, such as interactive dashboards, infographics, or other innovative formats. • Transforming raw data into stunning visualizations that tell a story, using cutting-edge tools and techniques to create visually appealing and impactful reports. • Be a strategic partner to our senior business leaders, providing actionable insights that inform strategic initiatives and unlock new opportunities. • Continuously innovate and stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging technologies, data visualization trends, and best practices to elevate our reporting capabilities to new heights.
What experience you’ll bring:
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuary, Data Science, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools. • Proven experience in creating compelling data stories and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and drive action. • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts into easy-to-understand narratives. • A keen eye for aesthetics and design, with a passion for creating visually appealing reports that inspire and captivate audiences. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a compelling and engaging manner. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a creative mindset that pushes the boundaries of traditional reporting. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
