Responsibilities
-Liaising with external clients and key internal stakeholders to plan, scope, and deliver our automation solutions
-Project management of sprints and timelines across multiple workstreams
-Translating and documenting user needs and business requirements to development requests
-Testing software releases
-Training stakeholders and clients to use the software
-Managing User Acceptance Testing processes and coordinating remediation
-Delivering crucial business insights to clients through data analytics and data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Python, or Alteryx
-Owning product development roadmaps and coordinating our industry leading process automation, web development, and machine learning teams in the delivery of new product features/enhancements
Requirements
-You have a background in scoping and delivering complex enterprise automation solutions, and are skilled in data analytics, data visualisation, and agile software development operations and lifecycle. You should also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, have a passion for technology, and maintain a strong client focus in your work.
-2-5 years experience as a business analyst
-Knowledge of data analytics and manipulation technologies; PowerBI, Tableau, Python, SQL or Alteryx
-Experience in project management across multiple workstreams
-Basic knowledge of general tax compliance and corporate accounting (ideal but not essential)
-Knowledge of system architecture and infrastructure (ideal but not essential)
