Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Requirements: Empathy with and commitment to the needs of the aged and frail. Excellent Communication skills, written and oral. Strong Computer skills. Understanding and demonstrated commitment to the “person centred model of care” Experience in caring for older people An understanding of residential care services Experience in assessment, monitoring and care planning in a community setting Previous experience in a similar role Vocational qualifications in disability, aged care, community services or similar or willingness to undertake Previous experience with staff supervision Planning and Implementation skills. Ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously. Conflict management and resilience skills
