Position: Office Admin Location: Dandenong, Melbourne Work Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities: Answering telephone calls and responding to emails on a daily basis. Ordering consumables, office stationery and other stock items etc. as required and record keeping of orders. Completing administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Proficient in computer knowledge such as Excel, Word, etc. Friendly attitude and team player to assist when required. Good telephone etiquette as well as oral and written communication skills. Job Requirements: Previous experience in a related or similar role is a plus. Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills to effectively manage daily operations. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team. Fluent communication skills in English and Mandarin.
