Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Required residence status: None

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Duties and Responsibilities: Management and operation of road train trucks under NHVR Mass Management, transporting grain to local and some interstate delivery points Managing the movement of grain from paddock to bulk storage and then to point of delivery. Recording of all grain movement on and off farm using cloud based programs. Testing of grain on-farm using modern testing equipment and techniques Treatment of grain on farm using chemical applications Operation of bulk grain handling equipment Assist with the maintenance of equipment, buildings, sheds and facilities. Identifying machinery not running at optimum levels When needed, assisting with other farming operations. Ensure safe and effective handling of equipment and everyday WHS Required Qualifications: Requirements: Drivers Licence for car and truck (HC/MC) forklift licence This position would suit someone who has had over 5 years’ experience driving bulk tippers wishing to have a bit more variety in their job.
