Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and deploy robust and scalable computer networks, including Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), and wireless networks, to meet the organization's requirements and industry best practices. • Administer, monitor, and maintain the company's server infrastructure, including both physical and virtual servers, to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability. • Implement and maintain comprehensive network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, VPNs, and secure access controls, to protect the organization's data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.
Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of experience on a similar role. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSE) are advantageous. • Proven experience as a Network and Systems Engineer, demonstrating successful design, implementation, and management of complex IT infrastructures. • Proficiency in network protocols, topologies, and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.) and experience with Cisco, Juniper, or other major network equipment vendors. • Strong knowledge of server administration, virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
