ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced IT and Network Support Engineer with excellent customer service skills to join our fast-growing team. You will focus on delivering exceptional IT and Network support and customer service to our team and clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for all internal IT requirements with multiple stakeholders, working alongside our current IT team • Configure, deploy, and manage all desktops, servers, and networks • Troubleshoot, diagnose, test IT systems and network • Answer support requests, owning issues to resolution • Monitor and resolve monitoring alerts • Resolve client issues with Microsoft Windows and applications • Configure, deploy, and manage network devices • Document IT procedures and processes • Resolve challenging issues that will grow your expertise and assist in your professional development • Reviews and assess existing IT and network systems and solutions • Participate in the development of IT, network, and cyber security strategies • Procurement for internal products and services and manage vendor relationships • Conduct audits, analyse, and assess IT systems to assess quality and issues with IT service delivery • Provide recommendations to address problems and non-compliances with IT service delivery standards. • Develop and conduct technical training for the team members on using IT systems and software.
SELECTION CRITERIA • Have a minimum of two years of experience in IT and/or Network Support Engineering • A solid understanding of computer networking, Microsoft Azure, and 365 environments
• Successful completion of tertiary education or equivalent experience in an IT-related field • Knowledge of an IT ticketing system and remote assistance tools such as Remote Desktop Connection or TeamViewer • Hold relevant industry certifications such as Cisco CCNA, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 fundamentals • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills • Have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills • Have a high level of written and oral communication skills • Have the eligibility to work in Australia.
