Reporting to the Business Applications Support Manager, the ICT Business Analyst acts as the first line of support responding to business queries and helpdesk tickets primarily relating to WesTrac’s non-SAP applications including DBSi, Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS), cloud and on premise applications, as well as integration with other WesTrac business applications.
This role is accountable for prioritising and delivery of support and issue resolution, as well as liaising with third-party providers to resolve issues.
About You:
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or other relatable discipline OR Strong experience in a similar role with large corporate business systems Effective vendor engagement skills with the ability to facilitate and drive proceedings through system resolution and changes Effective interpersonal and written communication skills; Quick learner of new technologies and methods. Organized, methodical, and detail-oriented, with outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to manage and report on multiple tasks concurrently, prioritising efforts, managing time effectively, and requiring minimal supervision in the execution. Knowledge of Caterpillar Dealer Business System (DBSi) and the supported business processes. What we offer:
