Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Description: • Managing contracts and contract variations; • Ensuring the compliance of contracts such as delivery of services purchased within the timeframe, budget, and product deliveries; • Reviewing current contracts and suggest new contracts with partners, suppliers and clients; • Dealing with complaints in relation to contracts by resolving the issues; • Analysing and reporting contract variations; • Ensuring projects milestones are met as per contract; • Reporting the ongoing activities in projects and project outcomes; • Liaising with Operational Engineers and Management to follow up on ongoing projects, collect feedback and advise on situations that requires attention; Requirements: • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or corelated occupation; • Previous experience in Finance is a plus; Skills Required: • Attention to details; • Multitasking skills; • Be able to communicate in English; • Be able to work under pressure; • Decision-making skills; • Be able to work autonomously; • Analytical skills; • Problem solving skills; • Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Access; • Knowledge in client’s database software.
