Job Description:
• Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale through to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner • Preparation of designs reports, construction details, work shop-drawings and the like for projects • Able to deliver the design package for design and construct projects independent and efficiently. • Analysing complex design issues and problems related to areas of responsibility, evaluating alternative solutions, and recommending effective action • Preparing structural assessment reports, when required • Developing thorough understanding of the client's requirements to ensure client satisfaction • Advanced analysis capabilities using software: AutoCAD, Wallap, Plaxis, PIGLET, RATZ, R-C Column • A solid background in the foundation, retaining wall and ground improvement sector • Strong rock and soil mechanics background • Working toward his/her chartership
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or in your final years of study. • Minimum 2 years relevant civil experience • Well-developed consultative skills and demonstrated ability to manage complex personnel issues
