We are looking for a Full Time Accounts/bookkeeper in Dandenong South, this Person will be Keen, Passionate about accounts and confident with the ability.
The key objectives of this role are:
Input and process accounting numbers like: Expense input, Process inbound payments, Bank consolidation, invoicing.
Assist to provide phone and email based inquiries.
Process and daily orders through a ERP system, and other matters relating to orders
Managing invoices and bills in Xero aligning with the ERP system.
Telephone debt collection & negotiations
Manage the reports from sales department and forward to the management
Contribute as an active team member with a collaborative approach to their work
To be successful in the role you will have:
MS Office software training and/or evidence of proficiency in Office products
Familiarity of Accounting software, Eg Xero, Moyb or other ERP systems.
Highly developed interpersonal skills (telephone, email)
Ability to work with a diversity of people
Ability to focus on DETAILS
Fluent English speaking.
