4. Updating job status to customers.
5. Acting as the key liaison between customers and internal teams.
6. Problem-solving for customers in a way that ensures the relationship remains positive.

7. Order dispatching and stock level control.
8. Assisting internal departments with order processing.
9. Giving presentations and reporting progress to both customers and internal teams.
10. Liaising suppliers, communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
