Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 5-8 years

Requirements： At least 5 years’ experience as a successful Restaurant manager in a five-star hotel environment Experience in high volume food and beverage (above 700 covers daily) At least 3 years’ experience in event management Have the ability to work well under pressure and multitask. Have great food & beverage knowledge. Experienced in training staff. Understand the etiquette of high-volume restaurant service. Passion for food, wine and cocktails Famous among your friends for putting on the best dinner parties Current RSA An ability to work in a busy team environment WSET qualifications will go down a treat Availability to work flexible hours International food and beverage exposure
