Working in the position of ICT Business Analyst atleast for a period of 7 years in the ICT Training industry
Reporting to the project director or senior position
Should have the knowledge of Identifying the need for ERP Solutions, CRM solutions, integrating business hubs and branches
Should have the knowledge of Managed implementation of ERP solutions for multiple clients, ensuring seamless integration with client’s existing systems and improving specific business needs.
Awareness of Conducting comprehensive business process analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder interviews to identify business needs and areas of improvement
Dealing with internal and external teams, including developers, software testing team, project managers, and infrastructure teams to define the project scope, deliverables, solution customization, and timelines as per the client’s need
Managed and organised workshops and training sessions for end users for effective ERP solution delivery and transition to new solution.
Conducting post-implementation reviews to perform solution evaluation and client feedback for further opportunities for improvement and solution enhancements.
designing reports as per the business domain requirements
preparing project sign-off reports and dealing with the HOD of each department for finalising the implementation of the project
