Job requirements

Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Book vendor invoices and prepare journal entries Month and year end closings through to Bank reconciliations Fixed assets maintenance and general ledger reconciliations Prepare intercompany reconciliations and intercompany billing Prepare, post journals and make payments for prepayments, accruals, fixed assets, AR and AP Review books of accounts for accuracy and confirm correct allocations Lodge Business Activity Statement (BAS) quarterly Up-to-date Bank accounts, cash flow forecast and funding requests from head office (Johannesburg) Assist with year-end Audit Requirements: Bachelors in Accounting or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years experience or more in a similar role Experience working with offshore team (ideal but not mandatory) Past experience using any ERP systems Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders Must have full working rights in Australia
