Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions: • Design complex systems from client design briefs, and produce detailed CAD models and manufacturing drawings • Select and source parts/components that are fit for purpose • Liaise with production facilities and team to ensure optimum choice of production methods and materials for economic manufacture (experience with mass manufacturing process related to plastics, metals, and rubber is desirable) • Timely design of moulds, tools, automation, jigs, fixtures, and gauges • Deliver various projects at different stages at any one time from conception to completion • Assist with other engineering duties as work-load demands • Hold meetings and communicate with clients effectively, including explaining why certain materials or processes should be used for their project.
