Job Description/Duties： Actively selling our clients products both directly and through distributors. Providing training to both internal and external sales personnel to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Maintaining regular communication with the Managing Director to ensure alignment with company goals and strategies. Offering forecasts and strategic planning for your designated sales areas. Gathering and providing competitive market data to support the company's efforts. Creating visitation and sales reports to track performance. Managing your territory effectively in accordance with forecasts and planning. Requirements: Strong interpersonal and people skills. Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize workload. Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience and a deep understanding of sales processes. Basic knowledge of SAP, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
