Strong customer service ethics Willingness and ability to learn new technology at a fast pace Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer or equivalent A thorough understanding of the Microsoft technology stack, including but not limited to; Azure, M365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group policy, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, SQL Server, SCCM, Windows Server OS and other Operating Systems Technical knowledge in Windows power shell and other programming /scripting languages Hands-on experience on virtual server environments such as Hyper V and VMware Experience in Cybersecurity and understanding of Enterprise Networking principles is a must Physical server management experience mainly for HP and Dell Servers A bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalently advanced industry certifications 5+ years of experience in similar job role Tasks & responsibilities
Providing support for L1 and L2 engineers to resolve complex issues. Attending customer sites to troubleshoot and fix issues. Work on critical business infrastructure and resolve issues in a timely manner for multiple customers. Managing IT infrastructure by routine maintenance tasks and proactive monitoring. Implement and enhance security footprint throughout the systems. Capability to work on various projects and deployments.
