Project Description Looking for an experienced Banking and Hogan Software Professional to fill a client role as a Technical Lead on a Core Banking Application for a Major Australian Bank. This will be a non coding role, focussing on business needs, solutions, designs and quality. Responsibilities • Client Technical Leadership • Coordinate and triage incoming work requests • Manage estimation and resource assignment • Work with Requestors to understand business needs and to develop Solutions • Review Technical Quality of Supplier work • Work closely with the project team, showing understanding of their competing priorities Skills Must have • 10+ years of experience in Systems Development in a Banking Finance Domain with Mainframe COBOL • 3+ years of experience as a Hogan Software Professional • A demonstrated record of successful delivery of projects • Technical leadership skills • Ability to work on multiple project assignments simultaneously • Solid knowledge of Banking and Finance industry • Strong Leadership and verbal and written communication skills • Disciplined and organized approach • Eagerness to learn, good initiative and flexibility • Eagerness to teach and to share their skills with team members
