ABOUT THE ROLE:
As part of our growth journey, we are looking for a talented Software Engineer to join our Engineering Team. This person will possess a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits. They will work with our Agile teams, building customer value through the design, development, and delivery of a native app that our customers will love!
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Deliver technical solutions that achieve performance, and scalability and maintain architecture that fits our business needs and goals
Work with Product Managers as part of a cross-functional team to deliver measurable business outcomes
Always explore, share learnings, and utilise the latest technologies in the platform
Closely collaborate with the Mobile QA team to enhance our developer tooling and experience, CI/CD pipelines, crash rates and logging, test coverage, and automation
Regularly participate in and help drive the best possible ways of working for native app development with the rest of the team: engineers, designers, and product
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
3+ years experience in online or related areas
Experience developing Native Android applications in Kotlin/JAVA
The passion to work in a dynamic AGILE team environment
Good knowledge of what it means to work with large and/or distributed systems
The mindset of a self-starter and be able to work autonomously
The drive to seek out new opportunities, you love a challenge
Energy and enthusiasm for your team and the work you do
