As an ICT Sales Representative, you will connect with our business customers to manage their ICT accounts. You will establish yourself as a trusted advisor and make recommendations on a broad range of ICT solutions that benefit their business. You will work with customers both face-to-face and over the phone. Responsibilities: Assess individual customer needs and recommend whole of business ICT solutions Maintain strong business relationships with existing accounts Provide an exceptional customer experience Contribute to a fun, energetic and professional team environment Maintain accurate customer record About you: At least two years experience Formal qualification would be an added benefit Engaging and professional written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated success exceeding sales targets and customer expectations Ability to build and maintain business relationships with clients
