Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： Create new or modify accurate 3D CAD production models, drawings, DXF, and BOMs Provide detailed engineering drawings and designs to take products from concept to final design Maintain engineering drawings and registers Ensure traceability through the engineering drawings and change process Checking of mechanical design and detail drawings Good understanding of Australian Standards Product drawings to a high standard within desired timeframes Collaborate with teams to continuously improve products and processes Requirements： Diploma or Tertiary qualifications in Drafting and/or Mechanical Engineering 3-5 years’ experience in mechanical drafting and design Experience with 3D CAD Software, PDM, Microsoft Packages Solidworks experience with exposure to FEA would be an advantage Computer literate 3D scanning knowledge Ability to produce accurate engineering drawings for manufacture Knowledge of mining machinery, dump body trays, buckets, mobile and fixed plant Strong knowledge of fabrication standards, welding specifications, assembly instructions and general arrangement details Team player with ability to communicate with fellow engineers and internal customers as work will involve interpreting requests to produce accurate engineering drawing packages
