Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 3-5 years

Job Descriptions： Menu planning and estimating food and labour costs; Stock control and ordering experience; Liaising with suppliers and other personnel; Rostering, hiring and training staff; Supervising kitchen staff, organising their daily duties and monitoring performance; Ensuring that appropriate levels of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained in the kitchen; Requirements： At least 3 years’ experience as Chef in Italian Kitchen; A passion for food and a thorough understanding of current food trends; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Exceptional organisational skills; Immaculate presentation and attention to details; Self-motivation and ability to multitask; Ability to work successfully under pressure; A problem solver with a positive attitude.
