Job Descriptions：
Design Development: Collaborate closely with architects and project managers to translate client-specific kitchen remodelling designs into precise and actionable construction documents.
Technical Drafting: Produce detailed construction documents including floor plans, elevations, and detailing, ensuring full compliance with industry codes and standards, specifically tailored to kitchen remodelling.
Material Specification: Assist in selecting and specifying kitchen-related materials, such as stone benchtops, cabinetry, and finishes, focusing on aesthetic coherence, functionality, and longevity.
Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate seamless communication between project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment throughout the entire kitchen remodelling process, from design conception to construction completion.
Quality Assurance: Conduct meticulous reviews of all architectural drawings and documents, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with both project specifications and broader industry standards.
On-Site Supervision: Engage in regular site visits to oversee construction quality, resolve any design or material issues, and provide immediate, expert solutions as needed.
Document Management: Implement and maintain an organized system for storing all kitchen remodelling drawings, revisions, and associated documentation, ensuring effective version control and quick retrieval.
Requirements：
A relevant degree in architectural drafting, interior design, or a related field.
Proven experience in architectural drafting, preferably within the kitchen remodelling or residential construction sector.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit, along with other design tools.
Unwavering attention to detail and high accuracy in drafting and document preparation.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration.
Ability to meet stringent deadlines and work effectively in a team environment.
