JOB DESCRIPTION
-Research client’s current business systems and processes and identify inefficiencies by completing a full health check of the business. -Familiar with PHP and Angular. -Translate business requirements into application development activities. -Engage in all phases of Systems Development Lifecycle particularly design, coding and testing. -Participate in cross training and mentoring with service delivery teams -Contribute to the development of operational procedures and documentation -Ensure system/s development continues in a timely manner -Implement and test software enhancements, patches, and upgrades prior to release -Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the resolution of issues during processing and placing orders to contribute to the overall solution; -Understanding of system development lifecycle management methodologies, and utilizing principles and techniques to develop project and to cost, resource and manage projects; -Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system which is suitable for wholesale business; -Determining any inefficient business practices and system errors, such as duplicate orders, and double payments, etc, and providing efficient -optimal business practice, solutions, and system functionality and behaviours; -Assisting company to develop functional standards for other system users. -Ensure technical documentation is developed and regularly updated -Provide estimations of time, resources required and progress updates of assigned tasks -Document solution designs as required. Contribute to the development of operational procedures and documentation -Work closely with QA team during testing and defect management phase. -Liaise with clients to ensure buy-in for systems training – develop user documentation and relevant training materials for end-users
