As a Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you will:
Engage with local employers to understand their business needs
Use established employer networks to promote transferable & recently gained skillsets
Place appropriately trained people into positions
Manage a portfolio of employer vacancies
Build new and pre-existing employer relationships that generate repeat business
Conduct one-on-one coaching with youth job seekers. This approach recognises their existing skills, defining them by their future aspiration
Co-design career roadmaps, set goals and manage timeframes to develop a job seeker’s skills and gain meaningful employment.
Build relationships with community organizations and local stakeholders.

Have a passion for, or experience in, working with young people from a variety of different backgrounds
Be a result driven and disciplined individual with a high level of initiative – experience in sales, retail, or travel is highly regarded
Have the ability to work autonomously
