Job Descriptions:
• Undertake technical and feasibility studies including site investigations and sample analysis • Develop detailed specifications, designs, drawings, plans, and reports using various computer applications along with the determination of construction methods and procedures • Estimate total costs, prepare detailed cost plans, and manage budgets and project resources • Schedule purchases and deliveries of construction materials, plant, and equipment along with the coordination of site activities • Determine construction methods and oversee construction services including land preparation, earthworks, stormwater and road construction • Ensure the compliance of the project with health, safety, and other regulatory requirements • Monitoring changes and resolving design and development problems • Ensure the completion of projects within the budget and on time • Coordinating with subcontractors, architects, and clients on related issues
REquirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant engineering field • Experience in engineering designs and projects • Ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines while balancing competing demands • High level verbal communication and writing skills • Teamwork skills • Problem solving and decision-making skills
