Job description:
-Drive and improve automation, integration, and overall productivity within the business by implementing new software and technology solutions. -Collaborate closely with the Business Support team to deliver technical solutions that align with the organisation’s objectives and vision. -Analyse current processes and project requirements to identify, suggest and implement new software and programs. -Utilise data and process modelling techniques to create clear and concise system specifications. -Conduct formal training classes to ensure that users are able to use new systems effectively -Develop customised end-user guides and training documentation tailored to specific teams within the organisation. -Actively gather feedback from users to ensure the system improvements align with their needs and preferences. -Work closely with developers to ensure that system specifications are comprehensive, accurate, and achievable.
-Stay informed in relation to emerging technological trends within the consulting and environmental industries, consistently seeking opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications/Attributes:
-Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field, or 5 years of work experience in lieu of qualification. -Minimum 3 years of work experience -Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques. -Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with a range of stakeholders. -Knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
