Experience required but not restricted to:
Business knowledge across different industries. Knowledge in SQL, database scripting and a good understanding of database methodology. 5 year's customer support and/or consulting experience with similar products in previous roles. 3 years experience in developing Business Intelligence reports and a advanced user in Microsoft Excel. Knowledge in ERP systems & processes in Job Costing, Manufacturing, Inventory Management & CRM would be desirable. Knowledge in Payroll systems and standard Australian payroll legislations. Experience in Sybiz Software, MYOB Advanced, MYOB Exo would be desirable. Exposure to commercial mobile solutions, peripheral devices installation, configuration & troubleshooting will certainly be beneficial.
