Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Proficient English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Required residence status: Temporary visa, Permanent resident, Citizen

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Tasks & Responsibilities Maintain and update HRIS Manage the HR inbox and respond to staff queries Assist with updating the Employee Hub Process staff rewards and recognition Preparation, collation and distribution of documents Review staff changes and follow up as necessary Drafting of employment contract and letters Assist with reporting and analytics Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings Contribute to the delivery of HR projects and initiatives Maintain and update HR Guides and manuals Follow company policies and procedures Other duties as required Who we are looking for Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or nearing completion) An understanding of Fair Work and obligations Ability to communicate clearly and appropriately with all levels of staff and management Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to manage competing and changing priorities Detailed orientated Demonstrated experience with MS Office Suite Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
