List Criteria of Job Role
Facilitate recruitment including lodging advertisements and initial screening of applicants.
Creation of employment contracts and any variations.
Co-ordinate on-boarding and inductions for new starters.
Co-ordinate off-boarding of exiting employees.
Monitoring of the HR Outlook inbox.
Maintain staff records.
Coordinate appraisal scheduling.
Contribute to the HR framework development, maintenance, and improvement.
Administrative support to the company Employee Assistance Program, including promoting it to all staff.
Successful applicants must have:
Recognised qualifications relating to Human Resources Management.
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources Management.
Police Check clearance.
Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software including MS Office with specific reference to PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Word.
Knowledge of administrative practices, processes, and systems such as filing and record keeping.
