Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job Descriptions: • Operate, set up and adjust all production machinery • Preform running adjustments to production equipment • Use of power tools, plant and equipment • Preform engineering maintenance to plant • Operate all lifting equipment including overhead cranes • Work with the manufacturing team to ensure efficient maintenance, preventative work and breakdowns are completed to minimise impact to production schedules • Lubrication of production equipment as required to ensure safe use and minimise breakdowns of plant and equipment • Validating processes on plant and equipment to standards • Providing documentation to ensure engineering standards are met • Determining System Improvements and implementing any changes in conjunction with the Site leadership team • Identifying critical control points and implement preventive measures • Maintain maintenance records and planned equipment audits and works required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis Requirements: • Experience working in a maintenance - Fitter role in a similar or likeminded organisation is mandatory or equivalent • Qualifications/experience as a qualified fitter is required • A Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade or equivalent qualification is preferred.
