Job requirements

Educational requirements: Diploma or trade qualification

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Accept remote work: unacceptable

Job Descriptions: Some of the duties you will be required to perform include • Set up a kitchen on a daily basis before service. • Job scheduling and following chronological sequences • Peer coaching to present best quality food and uphold work ethics • Maintaining food health and safety standards • Follow all the OHS procedure • Communication with the kitchen crew as well as the FOH crew • Assisting head-chef with recruiting and training kitchen staffs • Monitoring food stock and place an order • Maintaining record of recipes, temperature log • Assist head-chef to create menu, food and Labor cost • Assist head-chef to buy kitchen equipment’s Requirements: min 2 years in relevant role. Visa Sponsorship: Nomination for temporary work visa and/or Permanent Residency will be considered for eligible candidates.
