Assistant. This role will initially involve 15-20 hours per week, primarily focusing on marketing and social media activities, with occasional responsibilities related to gin tastings and events. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about digital marketing, social media, and promoting our brand.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Create captivating and shareable content, including photos, videos, and stories, showcasing our distillery and products.
Interact with our online community, respond to comments, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.
Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to maximize performance.
Digital Marketing:
Assist in the development of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, online advertising, and promotions.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement creative marketing ideas to boost sales and brand awareness.
Gin Tastings and Event Support (Ad Hoc):
On occasion, assist with gin tastings and events, providing an engaging and informative experience for customers.
Support event preparation and on-site activities
Other Duties:
Perform various ad hoc tasks within the distillery, such as bottling, labeling, and inventory management, as needed.
Requirements:
Strong passion for digital marketing, social media, and the spirits industry.
Familiarity with social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
Flexibility to assist with gin tastings and events on an as-needed basis.
Must be available to work 15-20 hours per week, with a focus on marketing and social media activities.
