Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Some tasks you will be responsible for include: Administration and sales support for the sales team i.e., proposals, sales reports, samples and ordering Monthly brand sales results & post promotion activity analysis/reporting Manage the State Marketing Activity Calendars and ensure the execution of all promotions Liaising with customers and winery partners Day to day office management duties – inc OH&S Event management including strategy, guidelines, budgets and marketing collateral Coordination of eDMs for the division and state Preparation for monthly state sales meetings including agendas Management and processing of winery claims and spend Stock and supply chain management for SA Manage the introduction of new brands and deletion of current brands for the state Brandprint and reporting 'go to' person for the Sales Team What we are looking for Excellent communication & interpersonal/people skills Works well in a small team – must be a team player who is willing to assist and support when required Wine industry, hospitality and events planning background preferred Basic wine knowledge and a willingness to learn more Details focused individual – someone with an eye for detail Ability to multi-task, execute and follow up tasks within tight timeframes Excellent organisational skills High level of computer literacy – InDesign or Photoshop highly desirable though not essential
