About the Role
Preparing, coordinating and conducting induction programs for new employees
Assisting with coordinating company culture, engagement, and wellbeing activities
Assisting with coordinating the recruitment process, including liaising with the HR team, line managers, external agencies and candidates
Providing general assistance to the Human Resources Advisor and Manager in the implementation and management of HR programs
Assisting with safety management and initiatives across the business
Assisting in the review and implementation of company policies and procedures to support the organisation's needs
Maintaining HR records and registers, such as those relating to new hires, transfers, terminations, training and other HR and WHS matters
Management of the company intranet system and other internal systems
About you
This role will be best suited to a recent Human Resources Graduate with a lot of initiative and who is eager to learn! In addition you should have:
Completion of a Human Resources Degree or similar
Internship or entry level experience in Human Resources or similar (highly desirable)
A passion for working with people
Self-motivation with a desire to learn and grow
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
A can-do attitude and excellent attention to detail
Computer savvy, with great Microsoft skills
Ability to work under pressure and quickly adapt to meet goals and deadlines
