Our client is seeking a full-time System Analyst who will be responsible for understanding and documenting the current systems, processes, and market competition related to the residential property market. The role holder will be expected to identify areas for improvement, design and develop new features, and streamline the investment platform to create a competitive edge in the market. The System Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of the business.
Tasks required include: • Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze, document. communicate, and validate requirements. • Conduct a detailed analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement. • Design, develop new features for the software platform based on market analysis and stakeholder requirements. • Analyze market competition and provide insights into emerging trends and technologies. • Develop workflow diagrams and use cases to help understand system behavior. • Create and utilizing informative materials such as process descriptions, checklists, templates, and guides to aid staff in implementing defined processes. • Translating requirements into business scenarios and acceptance criteria to be shared with development teams. • Prepare reports and presentations on system analysis findings and recommendations. • Develop test cases and validate system changes before deployment. • Managing and delivering changes to the production process.
Requirements: • Bachelor degree in relevant field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a in a similar capacity working as an Analyst for medium to large organisation. • Magento experience • Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and processes. • Experience in software development life cycle methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. • Understand data modelling and visualization tools. • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
