Educational requirements: Bachelor

English requirements: Competent English

Requirements for skilled employment experience for years: 1-3 years

Job： Analyse photographs, drawings and maps to inform the direction of projects as well as the overall budget constraints. Ensure project feasibility through continual evaluation of structural integrity and design practicality. Create designs that utilise a variety of materials. Perform and adjust quantity calculations for practical and budgetary purposes. Communicate with team members as well as customers and vendors to ensure maximum cohesion and fluidity on projects. Forecast design and construction time frames. Inspect project sites to ensure they meet relevant codes and are progressing properly. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years industry experience. • A solid understanding of local council standards. • Previous experience delivering residential, commercial & industrial projects. • Stormwater and wastewater experience beneficial. • Experience with Autocad subdivisional design. • Knowledge of Autocad Civil 3D and ARD. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Experience with project management software • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
