Job Descriptions：
• Interpreting work assignment instructions, applying appropriate procedures and selecting equipment • Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations • Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations and contract provisions • Inspecting civil engineering works, and organising and supervising maintenance and repair work • Technical management and upgrading our support systems, accreditation, tools and protocols underlying the technical aspects of the window industry. • conducting field tests of construction materials and collecting data • Identify, develop and deliver technical services of significant benefit to the membership base. • Support the Window Energy Rating Scheme (WERS). • Develop a process to support Balusafe. • Support and prepare representation to regulatory bodies and building associations as required. • Any and all other duties that may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis by the Manager or the Executive Director/CEO. • Determining construction methods, materials and quality standards, and drafting and interpreting specifications, drawings, plans, construction methods and procedures Skill Requirement:
