Job descriptions: • Studying the project information to determine the room and ceiling spaces for mechanical services • Confirm understanding of the brief to identify areas of duplication • Establishing and evaluating the environmental performance • Analysing how the systems will work • Conception of new ideas and practical solutions for engineering problems. • Developing specifications, equipment schedule and assist with fee and costs calculations and budget preparations • Documenting design and writing report, procedure, instructions and operation manual • Organising the labour and delivering the equipment for installations • Inspecting the sites to confirm installations and preparing site inspection reports to ensure top notch performance
